The JS-GDW signal amplifier provides uninterruptable phone communications and stable work of GPRS and EDGE networks as well as 4G LTE of some carriers.

Kit contents and setup

Dual band amplifier JS-GDW includes everything necessary for installation and proper work of the device. The system comes complete with two indoor antennas, namely a ceiling antenna and a whip antenna, an outdoor antenna, cables and mounting brackets.

The lightning surge protector is delivered with each set of JS-GDW free of charge. It will protect your device from a lightning strike to the outdoor antenna. The surge protector comes with a grounding wire and is installed in-line between the amplifier and the external antenna. Thus, one end is screwed to the cable connector coming from the signal amplifier and the other to the external antenna. The lightning surge protector is highly recommended for those customers who live in areas with frequent thunderstorms.

The installation process of the JS-GDW system is quick and simple so you’ll spend only about 15-20 minutes on it. You also won’t need special knowledge for it. The signal gets amplified in 5 seconds after switch-on of the booster, and you will call or receive calls without interruptions.

Signal problem & installation technique supporting

1. If still weak signal receipt after installation, please check if outdoor antenna point to signal tower correctly or elsewhere has stronger signal and confirm signal strength achieve-70dBM.

2. If still have no signal after installation, please check our device power adapter whether connected perfectly? And connectors connect well.

3. If strength is not steady, please check if outdoor and indoor antenna is too close; please ensure outdoor antenna has distance of 10 meters at least, with a barrier and not in a same horizontal line.

4. Packed the outdoor connector by waterproof glue, otherwise wet reduce the signal cover area.
