Our Multi-Protocol VHF Optical DAS solves this by providing a single, unified signal distribution layer that transparently handles all major professional and cellular protocols within the 136-174MHz band.
Unlike protocol-specific repeaters that decode and re-encode signals, our system operates as a transparent RF pipe. The wideband linear amplifier and protocol-agnostic RF-to-optical conversion faithfully reproduce the original waveform regardless of modulation scheme, channel bandwidth, or protocol. This means the same DAS infrastructure supports TETRA's π/4 DQPSK, P25's C4FM, DMR's 4FSK, and LTE's OFDM simultaneously without reconfiguration.
